Order Processing
Cali Clear processes orders Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing before shipment. Orders placed outside of these hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-demand periods such as holidays or promotional sales, processing times may extend to up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as our team works diligently to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
Shipping methods and delivery times will vary based on your location and the items ordered. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
Estimated U.S. Transit Times:

Western U.S. States: 1–5 business days

International Shipping
If your country or region is not listed at checkout, or if no shipping options are available for your country, we currently do not support orders from that location.

Cali Clear does not cover international taxes, duties, or VAT. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, rejected, held, or seized by customs or other regulatory agencies.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customs refusal, or customer non-response, any additional shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from your original payment.
We strongly advise international customers to check with local customs authorities regarding the import rules and restrictions for vaping products in their country before placing an order.

Tracking: All orders include tracking numbers for your convenience. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update.

Carrier Services: We utilize trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and product.

PO Boxes: Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical address when possible.

Shipping Delays: Cali Clear is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility. However, we’re happy to help with any issues related to delayed or lost shipments—just contact our suport team.
