At Cali Clear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of ensuring every customer is happy with their purchase. We kindly ask for your patience as we may recommend product testing and troubleshooting steps before proceeding with a return or exchange.

Standard Return Policy

We accept returns for new, unopened items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of delivery. Customers may choose a refund or store credit.
Please note:

  • Items that do not meet our return criteria will be returned to the original shipping address.

  • Returns must be authorized prior to sending any items back.

Warranty Service – 30-Day Limited Warranty

All hardware devices purchased through our website include a 30-Day Limited Warranty, effective from the delivery date.

To qualify for warranty service:

  • You must initiate the return process within 30 days by emailing sales@calicleardisposable.com or using our Contact Form.

  • A return authorization and confirmation will be required before sending back your item.

  • The defective item must be shipped to our facility before any refund or store credit can be issued.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, tampering, custom modifications, or user error.

  • Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches or discoloration (normal wear and tear).

  • Consequential or incidental damages.

For extended warranty coverage, please contact the device manufacturer directly.

Delivery Issue Policy

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
To resolve the issue:

  • Contact us with photos of the item(s) and the original invoice.

  • You may be asked to return the incorrect item and/or complete an affidavit form.

Reports made after 48 hours will not be eligible for claims under this policy.

Important Notes

  • We do not guarantee compatibility between products. If you’re unsure, please reach out before placing your order. Returns due to compatibility issues will not be accepted.

  • Do not send returns in regular paper envelopes. Use padded envelopes or boxes to avoid loss or damage during transit.

  • Do not return packages to the shipping label address, as it may be a carrier facility, not our return center.
